Returns & Exchanges
Something You Wood Love wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase!
Not all items are eligible to be returned/exchanged. Please read all of the information provided before contacting about a return/refund/exchange.
DO NOT SHIP ITEMS BACK WITHOUT NOTIFYING US FIRST.
We do not accept returns/refunds/exchanges on personalized items.
For unpersonalized items, we only accept products back if they have been unused. Once the item is returned, we will send out your new size or replacement item. Please put the original packing slip in the bag if you still have it. If not, write on a sheet of paper what you need to exchange for, your name, address, Email, and order number.
Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 7 Calendar Days of delivery date as shown on your shipment tracking. No Exceptions. If an item is damaged or defective you must notify us within 3 Calendar Days of delivery date shown on your shipment tracking. After receiving a return authorization from Something You Wood Love the customer must ship the item within 3 Days (postmarked) and may be requested to provide Something You Wood Love with the tracking number.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you have received a defective item, please E-Mail us within 3 Calendar Days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 Calendar Days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect within your email.
Something You Wood Love is not responsible for damages to items caused by improper care and/or handling.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our facility is attempted.
EXCHANGES:
Customers are responsible for shipment costs back to our facility for any returns or exchanges. Please note, exchanges may take up to 5-7 business days after receiving the item to be processed.
RETURNS:
Returns will be given a store credit with the dollar amount in which the item was purchased for. Any discounts or promotions used cannot transfer over to the new purchase. Store credit will be issued to the customer via Email in the form of a code that can be applied to your next purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive store credit once the item has arrived at our facility.
Items purchased on final sale or clearance are not eligible for exchanges/returns. Any item with a name or any other customization cannot be returned or refunded.
